Lets change some settings in Thunderbird.

Many will hate us thoroughly for what we are about to do, but many more will be confused if we don’t.

First we select “edit” and go to “preferences”

In the windows version you can find the “preferences” under “tools”

In the preferences menu we first go to “composition”

Here we select “forward messages inline” and click on OK.

Then we go to “edit” again and this time we select “account settings”

In the windows version you can find this one under “tools” as well.

In the account settings menu we choose “Composition & Addressing” on the left.

On the right hand side we select “start my reply above the quote” and click OK.
