Setting up some text to appear below every e-mail we make.
First we need to prepare a little text file with a program like Mousepad or Word Pad or note pad (no MS Word or OpenOffice)
Type the text as you want it to appear below your e-mail.
When this is done choose “file” and then “save as”.
The name you give the file is not really important but the .txt at the end is. When the name and place to save it is OK click on save.
Now we need to tell Thunderbird where to find the file, click on “edit” and go to “account settings”
In the windows version you can find the account settings under “tools”
In the account settings menu, click the “Attach this signature:” option. and click on “Choose”
Select the file we have saved before and open it.
Then click OK.
Every time you make a new e-mail the text from the signature.txt file will appear, if you want to change it later on into something else, simply change the text in the signature.txt file.

Good work! Thank you!
I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my site?
Of course, I will add backlink?
